features Site sourced rammed earth walls; in-floor radiant heat; hand troweled pigmented clay plaster on interior walls; grid-tied photovoltaic electrical system; tankless water heater; exposted concrete floors, countertops, shower stall and window sills; natural stone countertop; reclaimed redwood cabinets; recycled fir and pine doors, all locally crafted; hand-crafted architectural metal work.
